Holistic Healing Massage

Usually referred to as the relaxing massage.  This modality uses a variety of massage techniques that target the superficial muscles, and helps create better blood and lymph circulation, relaxed muscles and can improve your mood and sleep.

This massage modality involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue.  It is used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains, sports injuries, range of motion, increases blood flow and reduces inflammation.

Can help enhance athletic performance and recovery from injuries.  It helps restore flexibility, faster recovery post workout and relief of lactic acid in the muscles.

Reflexology focuses on pressure points along the feet and hands correlating to specific zones in the body, encouraging its self-healing and regenerative abilities. Can be used to address mental issues as well as physical, including digestive, circulatory and other problems.  Many people find reflexology to be deeply relaxing, and it's an excellent option for clients with medical conditions that prohibit full body massage.

Prenatal massage is specifically focused on releasing tense muscles, easing sore spots, and improving circulation and range of motion.  This massage is tailored to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.  (You have to be in your second or third trimester in order to get this massage.)

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle form of massage used to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphedema. Lymphedema often affect people recovering from surgery. Lymphatic massage helps ease the swelling in your tissues, resulting in better and faster recovery time.

During a hot stone massage, smooth flat heated stones are placed on specific pressure points on your body that help you relax and ease tense muscles. They can also be used as an extension of the therapist hands for either a more relaxing light, pressured massage, or a deeper more therapeutic massage. Hot stone massage helps with a variety of issues including stress and anxiety, muscle tension, chronic pain, and it helps promote relaxation and sleep. It may also relieve symptoms of autoimmune disease and boost immunity.

Cupping therapy is an alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping can be used for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. 

Thai Massage is a form of therapeutic massage that differs in many ways from traditional massage. This session is performed on a comfortable, futon-style mat on the floor. You as the receiver, remain clothed and mostly passive. 
The practitioner uses a combination of stretches, compression and acupressure to release restricted movement patterns and loosen you up!
